High Common Mode Differential Probes

The DL-HCM series probes by Teledyne LeCroy are advanced 60 V common-mode differential probes designed for precise power conversion measurements in GaN-based and 48 V systems. Offering bandwidths of 250 MHz (DL02-HCM), 500 MHz (DL05-HCM), and 1 GHz (DL10-HCM), these probes feature 80 V differential and 60 V common-mode voltage ranges, making them ideal for high-power DC-DC converters, AC-DC power supplies, and wireless charging systems. Exceptional accuracy, low noise, and a wide range of tips enhance their versatility and usability.
